Approved Vehicle Body Repairers

	This vehicle arrived to us in a very sorry state. As you can see the vehicle needs a full repair.
	Due to the extent of the damage on this particular vehicle, the car is completely stripped out ( including the engine and gearbox ) in order for us to mount the car onto a CARBODY JIG.
	Engine out.
	Once the vehicle is bolted and securely attached to the jig, all the dimensions can be checked and corrected. We do this by pulling the old panels with a hydraulic ram.
	Once the panels have been pulled, we then cut the damaged panels away in order for new ones to be fitted.
	At this stage we begin to fit the new panels using brackets attached to the Jig to line the panels up to manufacturers standard. This will ensure perfect panel alignment.
	When the panels have been placed into position on the jig, the doors and bonnet are fitted, in order for us to check the fitment and quality of the job.
	The correct fitment is achieved and the new panels can now be welded into place.
	After the panels have been welded into place, The doors and bonnet are again fitted to check once again for perfect panel alignment.
	When we are happy that the car is up to standard, it is removed from the jig and is now ready to be prepared for paintwork.
	The vehicle is now prepared and all necessary sealing of joints is done. The engine, gearbox, suspension and wiring looms are all re-fitted.
	Once the vehicle has been painted to a very high standard, the car is then re-trimmed and re-fitted.
	A full wheel alignment check commences and all systems are tested.
	Final fitment of lamps, decals and bumpers are fitted. The car is now ready for a road test.
	One last final overall check of the whole vehicle is carried out, to ensure the vehicle is up to required standard.
	The final stage of the process. The vehicle is Cut and polished and fully valeted, ready for customer collection.
